As a qualified nutritionist and graduate of the esteemed Mac Nutrition Uni, I provide comprehensive nutrition guidance alongside your training should you wish it! I answer any and all food and diet related questions, helping you understand how proper nutrition supports your fitness goals and accelerates results.
Best for: Clients who want a complete approach to health and fitness, combining effective training with proper nutrition.
Cost: $350 one-time fee for a consultation (includes pre and post consultation as well).
